Listerine: It depends on your diet and what bacteria you have growing in mouth. Listerine i consider the pesticide approach to a healthy mouth. Is the bacteria left acid loving that you feed acidic sugary products throughout the day. Listerine kills bacterial diversity which u need. I generally recommend clean low sugar diet. Baking soda scrubs, 8 g xylitol throughout day. Oral probiotics, etc.

You sound like: You're doing way more than most. Good for you. In addition please limit sugar intake and make sure you nudist your dentist every six months. Hope this helps.
