INR: There are multiple reasons for changes in inr, including diet, changes in medicines or vitamins. Any of these can cause changes in your inr. This is why we check inr so frequently.

Multiple causes: Rather than worrying about the reasons you may wan't to increase the Coumadin (warfarin) dosage after checking with your md. You may want to check the next inr in a week or sooner!
