?sinus or Tonsils?: There are a few things that could be going on depending on the rest of the history. You could be having a bad sinus infection, or you could have tonsil stones (tonsillitis) which cause chronic bad breath. There are also other anatomical problems that could be diagnosed by an ent. You should see someone for evaluation if it's constantly affecting you.

Infection?: Infections, periodontal disease or a hiatal hernia could cause this. An ENT and dentist could rule out the different possibilities.
