Pain: I don't know what imol. Is but it is not necessary for you to take a painkiller if you do not have any pain.

No, Not necessary: I just answered this, but since you are on line, i don't see a need for you to take the pain killer if you are not having pain, but please keep in touch with your dentist in case it starts hurting again. Hope you stay well.
