Your BMI: You have a eating disorder if your bmi falls below a certain level. Different professionals use different bmi's to decide who has an eating disorder. Ask your therapist what his/her number is.

Ask your counselor: Ask your counselor specifically what s/he meant. Perhaps you have certain characteristics -- but not all -- of an eating disorder, and your counselor is concerned about you. Either way, it sounds like you may need help, so please continue working with your counselor.
