Endo i have a 2.8 cm endometrioma behind my uterus on the right side, shod i be concerned about this bursting?

No: Endometriomas rarely burst, though they may ooze their contents into the pelvic/abdominal cavity causing further inflammation and pain. How do you know it is an endometrioma. It should have been removed at the time of laparoscopic detection.
