My mri results said i have "trace ascites" along with a 4.1 cm endometrioma. is there a relationship between the two? do i need to see an oncologist?

Endometriosis: Is not a cancerous condition. Trace ascites (fluid in the abdomen/pelvis) is also not, in itself, cancerous. So i don't see a need to see an oncologist though you may need management of endometriosis by an gynecologist.
