Could be: Also depends on what job you have.. At 28 you are a little young for arthritis. Have yourself examined by a physician.

Probably back pain: I suspect your issue is back and not hip pain. In any case, you need to have the cause evaluated by a physician.

Hip pain: Agree with dr krauser. May be back, but it could be hip arthritis or bursitis.. You need a good exam & imaging study.
