Coccyx? Fistula?: A hard not movable lump here may be your coccyx (tailbone), often easily bruised in thin people, worsened by sitting. A mobile tender lump may be a cyst ?(pilonidal) or an anal fistula/abscess, especially with redness and fever. Get checked if it persists.
