Small pea sized skin coloured bump/lump under skin on anus opening. painless and no blood. what could this be? not changed in shape or colour and been there for as long as i can remember. any ideas ?

Anal: Most likely possibility would be a hemorrhoid even though it has been there for awhile. Other cysts can develop in the anal area including mucoid cysts. An underlying lipoma, or fibroadenoma possible. Other causes for rectal swelling are anal fissure, abscess, prolapse or cancer.
