Why are you doing what you are doing? What prompted to "prolapse" your anus? You are doing harm to your health. It you have any concerns, see a doctor and get over your anal fixation. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

It is difficult to give to an answer with that description but for sure they are not perianal abscesses because this condition is painful and very symptomatic. Plus you cannot prolapse your anus, only prolapse the rectum (rectal prolapse).
