Go see a family: Practitioner or internist and get checked for genital warts, herpes simplex 2, syphilis etc. Hope an accurate diagnoses will be made. Take care!

See. Doctor : It's good std are negative. You need to be examined and even get a ct scan with contrast of the area.You may also need a flexible sigmoidoscopy. I am sure you will find the cause.
