Better idea: At age 20, your epiphyses are probably fused and you won't grow taller unless you want to undergo a brutal, months-long mutilating procedure that's available in some countries. Instead, you're male. A man's strength, muscle definition and fitness level take precedence over his height in making him look good both to female posible romantic partners and male buddies. Hit the gym hard.

5ft 9 inches: Chances are if you have had your period already, you are not going to grow any more. Most girls dont grow appreciably 2-3 years after having their period.

You could check: Any further height would depend on having open growth centers in your long bones.A single x-ray of your wrist/hand can be examined for open growth centers. If they have closed, like they do for most males by 18, you are done.No meds/exercise/stretches/etc will help you grow taller if the growth centers are closed.
