Avocados = GOOD fat!: Many vegetable fats are good for you, especially olive oil. The fat in avocados is also good for you in moderation. One a day should not be a problem unless it's part of a fad diet.

No but: Avocado is healthy fat and low carb. As long as your daily consumption of protein and fruits veggies are good and animal fat, sugar and starch low 1 avocado is good source of fat and calories to eat.
