Alcohol after bypass: A glass of wine is equivalent to one beer. 1 oz of liquor 45 %of alcohol = 9.Oz of beer or 3-4.Oz of wine (11-13%) you drink only if you did not ever abused alcohol, i.E taking more than 3beers/day on a regular basis. Long term alcohol abuse turned a heart muscle into a mass of jello, bigger heart but very weakened, besides damaging the heart automatic rythm system, which by itself can kill.
