Numb hand: Cold and numb can be a circulation issue or due to poor nerve input. Common things are compressionof peripheral nerve such as carpal tunnel which can present with the feeliing of coolness and numbness but not commonly. Endocrine and metabolic problems can also affect temperature. It sounds as though you need to be evaluated and have a good exam as there are mild things and more serious things here.
