A member asked:

Whenever it gets really cold my hands get bluish and they turn really dry and crack. they don't go numb and it doesn't hurt? what is this condition with my hands?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably Raynauds: You probably have raynauds disease, a condition caused by spasm of small blood vessels that is accentuated by cold exposure. If you smoke, stop because nicotine can make this issue much worse. If you think it is severe enough to warrant treatment, have it evaluated by a rheumatologist.
