?fibromyalgia: Couple thots: total body pain can be associated with fibromyalgia, but numbness could be seen with a small fibre neuropathy or even a presentation of polyneuropathy associated with diabetes. And maybe, you have a rheumatological condition. Start with your internist and get the basics assessed. Diagnosis first, and subsequent treatment.
