YOUR BMI is normal: Your bmi is 19-20 and that is normal. You should be able to carry a baby. Most women gain weight during pregnancy anyway so you should be ok. Being healthy when you conceive is more important than bmi as a single indicator.

You are there: Based on your weight and height, your bmi is 19.2. A healthy bmi is 18-24.9, so you are there. As long as you have a normal menstrual cycle, you likely are at a healthy weight. Your weight can be up to 120 and you will still be at a healthy weight. Make sure you maintain your weight in a healthy way.
