What is the normal or healthy weight/bmi for a woman of 24yrs & height of 5'4?

About 120 lbs: One easy equation for weight is to be 100 lbs for 5 feet and then add about 5 lbs per inch. So for 5'4'' an average weight would be 120 lbs plus or minus about 10 lbs. If you are severely overweight you should not expect to get down to that weight though.
