Depends on timing: There are different phases following different levels of intensity of exercise. Some people can feel fatigued following exercise, ranging from light to vigorous. However, the general adaptation to exercise should be an improved energy level as your body adapts to the increased stress. If there are reasons you still feel tired, make sure you are not pushing yourself too hard and allow proper rest.
