Exercise & Fatigue: Please begin w/a visit to your doctor to make sure all is well medically. Then think holistically. Exercise is one component but food is another, mental attitude a third. Ask doc about the ketogenic diet—high good fat and low carbs. You will burn fat fur fuel rather than sugar and likely feel more energy. Peace and good health.
