How to gain energy to exercise during menopause?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exercise: Believe it or not, not exercising can make you feel tired. Muscles need to move or they start to ache. But the good news is that it doesn't take much activity to help you feel more energized. Have you tried taking a 10-minute walk? How do you feel afterward? If you find that walking makes you fatigued or out of breath, it's time to see your doctor.
