Just start!: The hardest thing to do is start. The biggest mistake i see people make is trying to do too much too quickly. The next is doing things they find no enjoyment in doing. If you have no medical reason for your fatigue, and sometimes even when you do, exercise is good for you. Just start slowly with realistic goals. Maybe 10-15 minutes to begin and gradually build up with rest days built in. Enjoy!
