Mental health : Services can help with many issues: depression, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, problems adjusting academically or socially, thoughts of harm to one's self, self mutilation ; often even substance abuse issue. The bottom line is that if emotional issues are causing you to suffer or impacting how well you function in life - psychiatric services are likely appropriate.
