Why are you going?: It's tough to tell you how to stop without knowing why you are going and what kinds of treatments you're getting. Most, not all, psychiatric care is voluntary, and you can change providers or stop altogether at will if you don't like the results. But, if you are taking medications, it is important to work with your doctor to take you off them safely before you quit.
