Absolutely!: Varying your routines this way is terrific.. "mixing things up" and "coaxing" your body to grow while adapting to the challenges of both aerobic and resistance training. Further, i'd encourage you to find even more challenges over the ensuing months...Hybrids of the programs you describe...To help your body become even more fit! this is something i enjoy myself and can share with my friends!

For sure!!: Great idea to mix it up as the less predictable your routine, the harder your body will have to work. Definitely get a yoga class in there to get the great benefits of deep rhythmic breathing and stretching and strengthening your muscles. Pilates is also great for this. And, don't forget weight training as the more lean muscle you have, the more calories you burn when not exercising. Good 4 u!
