Pt: Start training early! ensure you meet entry level weight requirements. Ensure you can swim if entering the navy. Ensure you can do multiple repetitions of pullups from a dead hang (no kipping). Sits ups, flutter kicks, hello darlings, jumping jacks, stretching, aerobics, stretching and running! good luck.
