Shoulder, elbow, bac: Tennis is a great exercise and great way to stay fit. There are a number of injuries that we see from tennis, among the more common are injuries to the back, knee, shoulder, elbow, and ankles. Good warmup and proper technique are critical to avoid injury. Getting lessons can be helpful in many ways including making injury less likely.
