NONE: In my humble opinion, there is no best fad diet since they dont teach you good nutrition or proper eating habits. Some dont even stress portion control. You can eat all of this or that you want. I suggest learning moderation, eating a variety of healthy foods in good balance. Exercise and activity should be a part of your life as well. Fresh fruits and vegetables- 5-7 servings a day is good start.
