That's the treatment: Sounds like a good idea. Course of steroids for vestibular neuritis is generally 1 month.

Right stuff: The only proven tratment for such inner ear problems is steroids. Antivirals have not been proven to help, although some still give. Hopefully your hearing and balance have recovered as fully as possible!
