I'm infected with corona and today i have noticed left side ear pain. will amoxicillin help me if this virus has infected my inner ear? could this pain of my ear exist because of so much cough?

Viral infections and COVID-19 in particular do not generally affect one sided pain in the ear. Coughing can certainly cause pain if the inner ear has a bacterial infection, due to increased pressure from coughing in the ear canal connecting the "ear drum " with the oral cavity.

Amoxicillin will do nothing for a viral infection of the middle ear or any other site inflamed by a virus. Coughing rarely if ever triggers ear pain, yet we are taught to never say never.
