Very unlikely. People rarely spread HSV to new body areas. Once infected more than a few months, people are resistant to new infections with the same HSV type, and that includes auto-inoculation to new places on the body. To the extent this happens at all, it is almost entirely in the next few weeks or months after first being infected.
