Help: 20's female with malaligned hips and tilted shoulders can take walks if this activity does not cause pain. An osteopath and physical therapist can advise ways to ameliorate the problems. Check brighton criteria for joint hypermobility syndrome.

Varies: In general, walking is good for your back and your overall health. Do as long as the walking does not seem to aggravate it, I would encourage you to keep walking. If it does cause pain, you might need to limit the walking to a comfortable level.
