How long can i expect to live having aps and being on blood thinner from 18 and onwards? assuming i do everything right and regulate my diet?

Unknown: None of us know how long we will live. If you control the disease with consistent anticoagulation, you chances of additional clotting episodes becomes much less. No one has, to my knowledge, calculated the life expectancy of individiuals with you disease.
