Yes: Sounds like signs and symptoms of anemia. Go to the ER and have your blood checked and attempt to correct to the cause. All the best.

Seek care : You should seek care right away. You have too many symptoms to ignore. A ER visit is what you need and not ignore. Call your MD and tell them you are on the way to the hospital and let the ER know about your symptoms.
