Heparin: Risk for miscarriages have been related and will be significant in patient with anti phospholipids syndrome. Heparin will be needed during prenancy to reduce risk for miscarriages. It is safe to use Heparin during pregnancy. You will need to be seen by your ob/perinatologist and will likely be referred to a hematologist for your high risk pregnancy.
