If i have elevated cardiolipin antibodies, but no other indications of aps or increased clotting factors on blood tests, should i still worry about blood clot risk?

Blood clot risk depends on many factors. Without knowing your entire medical history, it is difficult to make a recommendation. The provider that ordered your testing should be able to give you more information about your overall risk.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, in an asymptomatic person the test should be repeated in 6 months to ascertain if antibodies are persistent. Wish you good health!
