Yes: Pancreatic cancer or any cancer is not common in anyone under age 30 (with exception of some leukemias and rare pediatric tumors).

Yes: Pancreatic cancer is very rare at this age, even with a family history. There are genetic syndromes, however, which may include certain pancreatic tumors, which often affect the young age group.
