I had an empty sac at 5 weeks but my hcg was somewhere between 29000 to 50000. however my progesterone is only 8.7, is this a blighted ovum?

Yes: With blighted ovum the HCG levels are high but the Progesterone levels are lowere than normal and there is no development of the fetal pole/no fetal heart activity.
