No worries. The gestational sac is always empty at that early time in pregnancy as only a "clear bubble" can be seen by ultrasound. The hCG doubles every two to three days at this point in the pregnancy, so your values are "normal".

Progesterone of 7.9 is in the grey zone. Under 5 would be very concerning. Over 20 would be fantastic. At this point, you really just need to watch and wait. When your HCG is over 10,000, you should be able to see a viable embryo inside the sac. Until then, just try to stay positive.
