Unclear: Not sure what you mean by having a 'low' HCG. Typically you are doubling appropriately or you are not. The progesterone is usually supplemented if it has been shown to be low for the gestational age. You have two term, uncomplicated pregnancies. The blighted ovum is a fluke occurrence that cannot be corrected for. Not sure what is going on. Talk to your doctor
