Skin colored bumps: He needs to see his doctor, either a dermatologist or a pediatrician. There are various causes but molluscum contageosum is a common possibility.

Rash: Never treat rash at home if it is spreading. Take him to his pediatrician for an evaluation of the rash. If it is spreading it means the caus eof the rahs is still present and we need ot get to the cause of the rash.
