Optic Nerves?: Did anyone examine the optic nerve or check the "opening pressure" when they did the lumbar puncture? See an ophthalmologist for a good stereo exam of the optic nerve!

Scalp pain: It sounds like there's been a thorough investigation inside the head, but it sounds like your pain really starts with the outside of the head; this could be epicrania fascia headaches, and may respond to things for neuropathic pain or even Botox to deaden the nerves. I would see a neurologist specifically. Good luck!
