I have a mole on my scalp. it has been giving me headaches. i have had it for over a year. it was tender to touch but was circular and lightly pink. i check and it looks like its not even there. an app told me it was malignant, what do i do ?

What you described is not consistent with the lesion being a mole. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an in-person evaluation, as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Wish you good health!
