Likely not serious.: It could be from a pinched nerve in the neck spine, inflammation of the trigeminal nerve, a part of anxiety, medication side effect etc. With a normal head ct, that should give u some relief. See ur dr for reassurance. Take care!

See a neurologist: The tingling in head may be part of your headaches. Talk to a neurologist. Different medication for headache will likely control this. It does not sound serious.
