More info needed: Mixed mania can be quite difficult to treat. My favorite combo has become tegretol and lithium along with twice a day Fanapt (iloperidone) at a dose of 8 mg PO bid ( gradually building up from the starter packets your psychiatrist likely has available. I don't know what meds you have tried, but i hope this helps.
