None necessary: A breast feeding mother need not consume any milk at all. Cows don't & are quite successful in creating milk. It is appropriate that a bf mom consume the fluid volume, calcium and other nutrients that will be put into the milk for baby. Some babies actually seem bothered if mom drinks bovine milk. Be sure to keep up your calcium intake as your body can suffer from osteoperosis later in life if you.
