Herbal tea: It's an organic caffeine free herbal tea. Some mother's swear by it, that it increases their milk supply. BUT for maximal effect, you need to have at least 3 cups a day. It also supposedly works in 72 hours, so you may be rushing things a bit. I have no strong feelings about this tea one way or another. I will tell you that a lot of moms thought it tasted horrible and used tons of honey.
