The best way to get increase flow of milk is to increase your water intake. I know I have not answered your question about lactofer tablet however I would suggest to reduce medications that could be excreted through the milk and a lot of medications are. Improve your nutrition and fluid intake and put your baby to suck frequently to increase output.
